Joel grew up right here in Erie County and has always had a heart for the young people of the area to understand the love of God personally. After graduating from Central Bible College in 2003, Joel married his wife Nichole, and they moved to Washington D.C. to work with Chi Alpha Campus Ministries, a para-church ministry focused on reaching college students with the Gospel. After their first year in D.C., they felt the Lord leading them back to Erie to begin campus ministries at some of our local universities. Currently, he serves as the regional Chi Alpha director. Joel and Nichole have three daughters. They both love doing ministry full-time and are grateful for all the Lord is doing. Joel brings his experience in leadership, coaching, and pastoral ministry to the team at Youth For Christ
